Thank you for choosing to support our small and exotic business! Please feel free to send updates on any of the creatures you get from us. We love to see how much they've grown or how they've made themselves at home with their new families.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: We offer a live arrival guarantee with all of our shipped animals if the following criteria is met:
The animal(s) must be picked up from a Fed-Ex hub within 3 hours of arrival at the hub. You should always contact the breeder or seller as soon as you have received your new pet(s) in the mail. Dropped tails during shipping are not covered by our guarantee and we cannot take responsibility for this, as this is out of our control. In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, we will require photographic evidence within one hour of pickup.

-Additionally, if you have any concerns about the health of the animal within the first 7 days, please contact us so we so that we may help identify the issue and resolve it the best way we can. You will be asked questions about your husbandry- please do not take offense to this. We cannot take responsibility for failure to thrive but we will try our best to make the situation right given the scenario.

REPLACEMENT ANIMAL AND REFUNDS: If all of the above criteria is met, we will replace the animal with a comparable one from our available stock or we will issue credit towards any future gecko or supply purchases. We DO NOT issue cash refunds.

Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event of returns that meet these certain requirements, we will fully exchange the animal, provide a discount on the animal, or provide credit towards future purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

No gecko will be considered "on hold" until a deposit has been received. All deposits are non-refundable.

Our Shipping Policy and Standards
Because we care:
Shipping of dry goods will depend on the weight and size of the package and materials. All of our supplies is packaged and shipped out within 3 days of your order!
Shipping Live Animals

All of our animals are shipped out in heavily labeled and insulated boxes.

Live animal shipping runs Monday- Wednesday.

Priority overnight shipping usually runs about $65-$90. We are working on making it an easy flat rate of $65.

The weather must coincide with the shipping as well. We cannot ship our heat sensitive animals when daytime highs are above 85 degrees. We also cannot ship animals if it's dropping below 35 degrees.
Availability
We cannot have every single gecko in our available stock listed all the time. If you don't see what you're looking for, we offer a more personalized experience as well. We ask what your budget is, your intentions (as in pet or breeder), colors or morphs you're interested in, and the size you're looking for or are most comfortable with. This will help me find you your perfect creature rather than overwhelming you with 50+ available geckos and their 3 profile pictures they each have.
